Ramen

Pizza Spice, Garlic, Oregano and Crushed Red Pepper are all popular and welcome additions to any Ramen packaged product. You can replace or supplement the often MSG-filled packets that come with ramen products with Pizza Packet’s™ all-natural spices.

 

Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic Pizza Packets™
  • 1 Oregano Pizza Packets™
  • 2 Pizza Spice Packets™
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Directions

Through the feed opening of a running blender add, 1 at a time, the vinegar, Garlic, Oregano, Pizza Spice, salt, and pepper. Then, leaving the blender running, gradually add the olive oil in a thin stream. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

 

Roasted Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic Pizza Packet™ 
  • 2 Oregano Pizza Packet™, leave a little aside for garnish
  • 3 Crushed Red Pepper Pizza Packet™
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 pounds bone-in chicken parts (or one 4-pound chicken, cut into 10 pieces)
  • Pita bread, for serving

Directions

Combine the Garlic, Oregano, Crushed Red Pepper packets with the vinegar, olive oil, and 2 teaspoons salt in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Preheat the oven to 450. Arrange the chicken in a roasting pan; roast until cooked through and golden, about 30 minutes. Garnish with extra Oregano flakes. Brush pita bread with the pan drippings to serve with the chicken.

 

Porcini, Squash and Goat Cheese Pizza with Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 Pizza Packet Pizza Spice
  • 8 sun-dried tomato slices
  • 1 avocado, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 4 cups baby arugula
  • ¼ cup soft goat cheese
  • 1 cup porcini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup acorn squash, cubed and cooked
  • 1 Pizza Packet Crushed Red Pepper
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface with a floured rolling pin, stretching corners with your hands for form a 16 x 12 rectangle. Lightly prick with a fork, then brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds around the edges.
  3. Transfer dough to a large baking sheet linked with parchment paper. Place into the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Pizza Spice Pizza flavor, sundried tomatoes, avocado, arugula, goat cheese, mushrooms and squash.
  5. Return pizza to the oven; bake until edges are golden brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with Pizza Packet Crushed Red Pepper, sea salt and pepper. Serve warm.
  7. Enjoy!

 

Golden Beet and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 large sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 16 oz. pizza dough
  • 3 golden beets, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 pink lady apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Pizza Packet Oregano
  • 2 Pizza Packet Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine oil, onions, sea salt and pepper; cook for 20 minutes or until onions are caramelized.
  3. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface with a floured rolling pin, stretching corners with your hands for form a round circle. Lightly prick with a fork, then brush dough with olive oil; sprinkle edges with chili powder.
  4. Place pizza on a pizza stone or a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place into the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with beets, pecans, apples, caramelized onions, Gorgonzola cheese, Pizza Packet Oregano and Pizza Packet Garlic.
  6. Return pizza to the oven; cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Serve warm with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
  9. Enjoy!

 

Grilled Peach, Walnut and Eggplant Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 16 oz. pizza dough
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3 Pizza Packet Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 large eggplant, very thinly sliced
  • 2 large peaches, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 Pizza Packet Red Pepper
  • ¼ cup red grapes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

Directions

  1. Prepare and heat grill.
  2. Stretch dough into a 10 x 10 square on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Oil the grill, then place the dough oiled side down, on the grill. Gently brush the top of the pizza dough with oil. Cover and grill for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove dough from grill onto the baking sheet. Top with walnuts, Pizza Packet Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, eggplant slices, peach slices, sea salt, Pizza Pocket Red Pepper, grapes and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Return pizza to the grill; cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill; serve warm.
  7. Enjoy!
